Order Delivery

On our website, the CUSTOMER will find the delivery methods, as defined below:

• Warehouse delivery.
• Home delivery.

The delivery period is three (3) to five (5) business days and begins upon the sending of the order confirmation and approval email, according to the delivery methods defined for each product, which will be duly detailed in the billing order issued to the CUSTOMER.

The information provided by the CUSTOMER in their order must include the personal information of the recipient, including phone number, email address, and delivery address. Otherwise, the order may be retained until the CUSTOMER corrects the information.

OMNI.CA reserves the right to cancel orders with insufficient information without the right to a refund.

The CUSTOMER or the recipient of the order, as applicable, must check the external condition of the package and products at the time of delivery.

In locations where transit is impossible due to deteriorating roads or lack of access, delivery will be made to the location closest to the delivery address.

The recipient of the order will receive the shipment within the established timeframe, at the location determined after confirmation and approval of the purchase, along with the signature of the corresponding delivery receipt. The recipient must review the entire order before signing the delivery receipt.

If the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery, a second attempt will be made. If the situation persists a second time, OMNI.CA will contact the CUSTOMER to request a change of recipient or cancellation of the order.

Mandatory procedure in case of missing or damaged product (any delivery method).

The CUSTOMER or, where appropriate, the recipient of the order must notify the absence or degradation of the product to help@omnimarketplace.ca .

OMNI.CA - Customer Service may request any information related to the identity of the CUSTOMER or recipient of the order and carry out any necessary checks.

OMNI.CA recommends that the CUSTOMER check that they have received their entire order at the time of delivery.

In case of disagreement, you must reject the delivery and immediately notify the distributor.
