Claims
Any claim related to purchased products must be processed digitally by emailing help@omnimarketplace.ca or through personalized online support provided by Customer Service. If the CUSTOMER is interested in any claim, they must contact us in advance through the communication channels established above and request the corresponding refund, if applicable.
In the case of claims that result in chargebacks (CBK), the CUSTOMER's account will be disabled until the process is completed. To reactivate it, the CUSTOMER agrees to prepay the costs arising from the claim process.
